Customer Connect Integration Agent Requirements
Note: ALL NCR Counterpoint users can take advantage of NCR Customer Connect; however, in order to effortlessly integrate your NCR Counterpoint data with NCR Customer Connect you must meet the requirements below. If your version of NCR Counterpoint or OS is unsupported, contact your Administrator to upgrade.

Counterpoint V7 Windows
To install NCR Customer Connect on a Counterpoint V7 (Windows systems) you must have:
  • Counterpoint Versions 7.5.14 through 7.5.19
  • Microsoft.Net 4.0x Framework - If this version of Framework is not installed, the NCR Customer Connect Integration Agent will install it for you.
  • Review the Counterpoint V7 minimum requirements also



Counterpoint V7 UNIX
To install NCR Customer Connect on a Counterpoint V7 (UNIX system) you must have:

  • LINUX Operating System
  • Counterpoint Versions 7.5.14 through 7.5.19
  • Review Counterpoint V7 Linux minimum requirements also


NCR Counterpoint SQL
To install NCR Customer Connect on a NCR Counterpoint SQL system you must have:
  • NCR Counterpoint Version 8.3.7 and above
  • Microsoft.Net 3.5 Framework will be changing to .Net 4.0x within the next few months. This data will be updated after the change occurs. (data entered 8/3/11)
  • SQL Server 2005 or higher
