Export Your Contact List From Constant Contact & Upload Them Into NCR Customer Connect
  1. Log into the Constant Contact application.
  2. Click on Help, then select the Help & Support tab.
  3. Click on Managing Contacts and type "export contacts" into the search field.
  4. Choose the appropriate result describing how to export contacts from Constant Contact.
  5. Follow Constant Contact's instructions and save the data in CSV format.
  6. Save the CSV file to your computer, if it isn't currently on your PC.
  7. Click here for instructions on uploading your contacts into NCR Customer Connect.

Notes:

  • The file must be saved in .CSV format (on step 5). If it is saved in any other format or renamed from one format to .CSV, uploading the file into NCR Customer Connect will cause an error because the format is incorrect.
  • All Constant Contact fields/column headers must be 40 characters or less for the file to upload successfully.
